Panelists will discuss the state of the fair use doctrine through the lens of significant recent fair use decisions such as the Google Books case; Cariou v. Prince; Authors Guild v HathiTrust; and Cambridge University Press et al. v. Becker et al. (i.e., the “Georgia State” case).
