The panel will feature attorney Glenn Pudelka of Edwards Wildman and Suffolk Law Professor Jessica Silbey and will be moderated by Mark Fischer of Duane Morris. Panelists will discuss the state of the fair use doctrine through the lens of significant recent fair use decisions such as the Google Books case; Cariou v. Prince; Authors Guild v HathiTrust; and Cambridge University Press et al. v. Becker et al. (i.e., the “Georgia State” case).
