Overview
The Cyberlaw Clinic has provided advice on general Internet business issues to a wide range of startups, companies, and other small organizations. This includes drafting terms of use for websites and application programming interfaces; establishing internal protocols and procedures for handling of copyright complaints in a DMCA-compliant manner; and negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contracts.
