Not if Congress Passes this Bill | November 18, 2014 |Clinical Fellow Andy Sellars spoke to Herb Weisbaum from Today Money about the increased use of non-disparagement clauses from businesses hoping to prevent clients from writing scathing online reviews and the bill in Congress designed to prohibit the practice.  Andy spoke about the potential chilling effects such provision can have on free speech.
